What do you enjoy doing outside of work? Teaching Little Cubs Preschool at Marshall Public Schools is a grand adventure every day...I love it! I also enjoy being a wife, mom, cooking, reading, and running in my spare time.

What is your favorite fashion trend? Comfy flannels right now. I also really love joggers more than I should!

What's one thing about yourself that you want everyone to know? I love warm, sunny beaches and chips and salsa.

Store owner Courtney's comments: Mindi Mindi. Mindi's cute. I like her. I think one of my favorite things about her is how kind and compassionate she is, especially with her students. I had the opportunity to visit her classroom when my niece was in her class and she is definitely suited to teach. She's also someone who will show up when you need her. Mindi has been a great addition to the store as she is as sweet as can be and seems to know the whole town of Marshall!
